Adjudications and Disciplinary Matters
When Prisoners are said to have broken any prison rules, they can be made subject to disciplinary proceedings, known as adjudications. If this is happening to you, we can help.
Lifer Issues and Parole
There are many convicted prisoners who must apply to the Parole Board for release or early release. We can help prisoners make representations to the Parole Board for release.
Categorisation
All prisoners when they arrive at prison are categorised. These categories can have a significant impact on how a sentence will be served. It is therefore important that they are set fairly. If you are not sure about any aspect of the categorisation process, call us.
Licence Recalls
All individuals on licence can be recalled to prison. The recall is initiated by the probation service and is ordered by the secretary of state. If this affects you or someone you know, we can try and reverse the decision.
Home Detention Curfew (HDC)
Prisoners who have been sentenced to less than four years in custody may be eligible for early release under the HDC scheme. We can offer advice in respect of the way in which to make an application or assist in making representations should early release be refused.
